The Inaugural Round of the MiLB Cup Draft - Round 3
The last round is here and I would just like to say thanks to everyone for making this a very successful and active draft. Trades have been flying before the upcoming deadline, picks, players and big money have been landing everywhere since the start of the draft exploded onto the scene. All your activity is what makes this league a great one. Thank you for being on top of your rosters and getting them updated whether it be drops, free agency, or trades all of you overall have done a spectacular job of getting it done... and a big shout out to the Royals, as always, for doing a stellar job of making that spreadsheet top notch and MLB worthy...
I would also like the thank our most recent new owners, Marlins and Angels who came in and took what they were given and said fuck it, let's get to work. Those teams especially Angels needed that. While some of your trades confuse the shit out of me along with your flawed logic both of these teams have all ready become better. Angels in 20th all year, new owner, bumped up to 19th overall last week, #trending. Either that or Marlins has just got worse than Angels and he apparently hates catchers, but key word, active so thanks guys. One last thing is thank you for taking your learning curve on the rules in stride.
Anyway I am starting to ramble as I do, but ya'll have rocked it this year good luck in Round 3, good luck to those teams looking towards 2018, and even better luck in the last round of division play. Then in 5 weeks, only 6 teams will matter, and fuck me if it is not a tight race for every spot. Well there is one division that is locked up but who that is, their name is lost on me right now, you know me just a high wanna-be sports journalist... Like I said rambling is what I do as you have learned putting up with my shit talking in the Wrigley Wire... So what is the State of the League you ask? It is awesome thanks to all ya'll....
