The 2018 MiLB Draft will officially kick off on Sunday July 8th at 4pm EST.
This is when the clock will start and rosters will expand to 50.
Picks 1.1 - 1.23 - Will be on a 24 hr clock and it will not stop between 12am and 6am EST. If you exceed your time limit you will be on a 6hr clock for the remainder of the draft. No exceptions. Please use your time but if you do not need it then do not eat clock just for the sake of it.
If you will be out of town you can message me a priority list of your picks
Picks 2.1 - 3.10 - Will be on a 12 hr clock and the clock will stop between the hrs of 12am and 6am EST. The same rules for being skipped apply in the 2nd and 3rd as those in the 1st round.
The below is a must in order for your pick to count
When you make your pick please tag the member who is up next in your post so he gets a notification. You tag a player by using the @ symbol followed by the members username. Usernames can be found on the Members List. A teams username IS NOT his team name, but his username which is listed on Members list. Here is a link to the members list CLICK HERE
If you do not tag next up then the clock will continue to run and you will be skipped when time is up.
You can set it to where you get an email when someone tags you
1. Click Edit Profile
2.Click the Notifications tab
3.Set 5th option down to "Instant"

In order to be drafted a player must be signed by a MLB Team and from the 2018 Draft Class.

Your drafted players contract will look like this - Kyle Schwarber (0/3)pp - $300k
I will not add a player to your Fantrax Roster until he is rostered on Pro Boards
Now while the draft does not officially start until 4pm EST on the 8th. The MLB deadline for a player to sign is 5pm EST on the 6th, tonight, teams WILL BE allowed to start picking at this time. Though there will be no clock until the official start of draft.
