Winter Meetings - January 2nd - 5th (Thursday-Sunday) - Trading opened early due to league vote
***Jan. 2nd, is also the deadline to say you are returning to the league***
Who knows what the hell will happen but this is when trading will open.
Can only trade if PB,FX up to date and league safe paid. $20
January 31st, 2020 (Friday) - League Safe Payment due - (CLICK THIS LINK TO LEAGUE SAFE PAYMENT)
RFA Bidding Schedule - ALL TAGS NEED TO BE POSTED BY 1/31/20 MIDNIGHT EST - No Payment No Bidding
Opens - Monday February 3rd
Closes - February 6th at 3pm EST.
Bids will need to be matched or declined by February 9th at 3pm EST or you will lose the player to highest winning bid
***Deadline for a free prospect drop - Feb 10th*** Only (0/3) players
Positional Free Agency Schedule - Kicks off Feb 10th
All following dates are on Monday and bidding closes each following Thursday at 3pm EST.
We will be doing the pitchers differently this year.
Instead of splitting them up into SP and RP. It will be A-M and N-Z going by LAST NAME.
Feb 10th, - C
Feb 17th - CI
Feb 24th - MI
Mar 2nd - OF
Mar 9th - Pitchers A-M
Mar 16th - Pitchers N-Z
March 22nd, You must have Rosters trimmed down to 45 and be under cap. Whatever needs to up to date this is the final day.
March 23rd, Open Bidding on Free Agents
March 26th, Start of the MLB Season

If any deadlines are missed it will automatically be assumed you no longer want to take part in the league and your team will be posted as open and the search for an owner will start. If you want back into the league you will have to give up a 1st round pick first, next a franchise tag, and if neither then a prospect that hurts.
