First off this is not a discussion on anything to do with rule changes. That is what Winter Meetings are for. This is thread is for feedback on the new look of the rules and league...
The rules have been put into one long thread in an outline form to make things easier to find and read. It was brought up in the past that some of the rules may be hard to understand as they are not written in layman terms.

I have been working on all of this first and foremost to make the league more fun at least I hope so. However a league can not run properly if the rules of the league are not understood. I am not saying you guys do not understand them at all as things have been running very smooth and I appreciate it. I simply would like feedback if the new layout works for you and if there is anything written in a confusing way and could maybe be simplified more, if that makes sense...
I would also like feedback on the new look of the league as I have not been doing it just for me but for everyone in an effort to help boost league activity. We have recently lost a couple of owners and one has been replaced. Thanks to the @wbc new owner for coming in and getting on top of his team. I am still looking for an owner for Orioles and if anyone can help me out here it would be appreciated. Let me know if you know someone who would be dedicated to building a good franchise.
Most of you have been very dedicated and active but I have noticed a drop off in activity and this is all an effort to fix that. When things look dull people get dull. When rules are confusing and hard to find people get confused. Confused and dull is not how you keep leauge health up. We have a great league and all of this is an effort to keep it that way and make it better for years to come. I am doing my best but can not do it without you. Thank you for everything so far...
Anyway I will shut up for now as I ramble a lot. Continued thanks too RoyalsGM-Steve for his work on the spreadsheets!
