Those of you have been with me a while know I am a stickler for this and I have my reasons.
If a bid is not properly set up with all information in the structure below it will be void...
It simply makes it move faster for me while doing all the bids with copy and paste and correct spelling of players name in the "subject" line of the message makes it easier to search for one player while doing bids and have them organized. There are a lot of bids in RFA and this makes it go smoother. It also helps Royals when filling in the spreadsheet... Thank you
So please take the time to read this and understand it. It is fairly simple and if you have any questions at all please ask. Thank you for respecting the way I like to have the bids done. I really do appreciate it
Bidding Format - As simple as I can get it (If your bid looks like the one below then all will be good and you Avoid the Noid)
(Line 1)----The Cubs offer
(Line 2)----Ron Santo 3B (Cubs)
(Line 3)----3yrs $10m AAS $3.3m (Or Just AAS for prospects contracts)
(Line 4)----17 - $3m
(Line 5)----18 - $3m
(Line 6)----19 - $4m
Now this is just me over explaining it but still important
Line 1 - Simply put that your team offers
Line 2 - Player name / Position / Players team - ALL 3 ARE A MUST
Line 3 - Length of contract / Total amount of contract / AAS - ALL 3 ARE A MUST (IF AAS offer only then put just the AAS in Line 3)
Line 4 - 1st year of contract (If spread evenly then put "spread evenly in line 4)
Line 5 - 2nd year of contract
Line 6 - 3rd year of contract and so on...
Please DO NOT bid like this below or it will not count... (No one line bids)
The Cubs offer Ron Santos 3b Cubs 3yrs 10m AAS 3.33m 17:5m 18:4m 19:2m
